Tiffany then met Alexandra Mudry-Till, a talented macaron baker and cake decorator, and General Manager Emma Shaver, who loved sweets and amazing customer service, so the three of them teamed up to open the Buttercream Bakeshop.

Each of the cakes at the Buttercream Bakeshop has its own personality. The vanilla and almond baked cakes come in Funfetti, Biscoff, coconut, lemon, spice, and earl grey cake flavors and tend to be more moist and dense. The chocolate, red velvet, carrot, and apple cakes are more on the light and fluffy side. The shop’s buttercream is an Italian Meringue-style buttercream, which is less sweet and lighter than a traditional American buttercream. It’s created by whipping butter into a creamy meringue, which turns it into a silky and smooth frosting.
